Terms of Service

Effective May 3, 2026.

By visiting this site, requesting a quote, or placing an order with InsideLines GRAPHIX Inc., you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't use the site or place an order. We may update these terms — the effective date above tells you when this version went live.

1. About us

InsideLines GRAPHIX Inc. is a custom apparel and signage print shop located in Merced, California. We screen-print, embroider, cut vinyl, do DTF heat transfer, laser-etch, and produce signage. "We" / "us" refers to the company; "you" / "your" refers to the customer.

2. Quotes and orders

  • Quotes are estimates valid for 30 days from the date provided unless otherwise noted. Material costs and turnaround times can shift; we'll re-quote if anything changes materially.
  • An order is confirmed when (a) you accept the quote in writing or pay the deposit / full amount, and (b) you approve the digital proof we send.
  • Once production starts on a custom order, the order is not cancellable. See Returns & Refunds.
  • You're responsible for the accuracy of all order details — quantities, sizes, colors, spelling, artwork. Approve the proof carefully. We can't remake an order at our cost for typos you approved.

3. Artwork & intellectual property

  • You own your artwork. Files you provide remain yours.
  • You grant us a limited license to use, reproduce, and modify your artwork solely to fulfill your order (for example: separating colors for screen printing, digitizing for embroidery, scaling for signage).
  • You warrant that you have the legal right to print every logo, image, character, name, and trademark in your artwork. We will not print artwork that infringes third-party rights, contains copyrighted material you don't have permission to use, or violates any law. If you supply infringing artwork, you indemnify us against any resulting claim.
  • Our designs. If we create original artwork for you as part of "free design help" or a paid design service, the final artwork becomes yours upon full payment of the order. Working files (layered PSDs, vector source) remain ours unless purchased separately.
  • Portfolio use. We may display photos of finished work in our gallery, social posts, and marketing materials, with your business name or logo visible. If you don't want your work shown, tell us in writing before production starts and we'll honor the request.

4. Pricing & payment

  • All prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable California sales tax, which we add at checkout.
  • Online orders are paid in full at checkout via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and supported wallets).
  • Quoted projects may require a deposit (typically 50%) before production starts. The balance is due before pickup or shipping.
  • If a payment fails or is reversed, we reserve the right to hold or cancel the order.

5. Production turnaround

Standard turnaround is typically 7–14 business days from proof approval and payment, depending on the service and quantity. Rush turnaround is sometimes available for an additional fee — ask. The clock starts when both proof approval and payment are received. Turnaround quoted excludes shipping time.

6. Shipping & pickup

  • We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, customer's choice when offered. Tracking is provided when available.
  • Risk of loss transfers to you when the carrier picks up the order. We'll help you file a carrier claim for damaged or lost packages but we are not liable for carrier-caused losses.
  • Local pickup at our Merced shop is free. Pickups must be claimed within 30 days of "ready for pickup" notice — uncollected after that may be donated or destroyed without further notice.

7. Color matching & product variation

Screen colors look different on different monitors and printed colors look different on different fabrics. We do our best to match Pantone references when supplied. Slight color shifts between monitor proof and printed result are normal and not grounds for a refund. If exact color matching is critical, ask us about a paid pre-production sample.

8. Defects & warranty

We stand behind our work. If your order arrives with a production defect that is our fault — wrong color, misprint, peeling vinyl, broken stitch — contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll reprint or refund the defective items at our discretion. See Returns & Refunds for the full policy.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to your order is limited to the amount you paid for the affected items. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — for example, lost profits or missed event deadlines.

How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Site use

You agree not to: (a) use the site for any unlawful purpose, (b) attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site or any related system, (c) interfere with the site's operation or any other user's use of it, (d) submit deliberately misleading information, or (e) upload malware or offensive content.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising under these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Merced County, California.

13. Severability

If any part of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in effect.
