Returns & Refunds

Effective May 3, 2026.

Because almost everything we make is custom — printed, embroidered, etched with your design — most items can't be returned or resold. That said, we stand behind our work. If something is wrong because of us, we'll make it right.

Custom items — non-returnable

The following are not eligible for return or refund once production starts:

  • Screen-printed apparel
  • Embroidered apparel and accessories
  • Vinyl heat-press shirts and decals
  • DTF-printed garments
  • Laser-etched items
  • Signage (banners, yard signs, vehicle graphics)
  • Promotional products with custom branding

This includes orders where we caught the issue but you approved the proof anyway — for example, typos, wrong sizes you specified, color choices, or quantities. Approve your proof carefully.

Stock items — 30-day return

If you bought a stock (non-customized) item from our shop and it's still in original condition with tags attached, you can return it within 30 days for a refund of the item price. Shipping is non-refundable. Contact us first before sending anything back.

Defects — we'll fix it

If your custom order has a production defect that's our fault, we'll reprint or refund the affected items at our discretion. Defects include:

  • Wrong color (different from the approved proof)
  • Misprint, smudge, or off-register screen print
  • Vinyl that peels, cracks, or fails to adhere with normal use
  • Embroidery with broken stitching or skipped sections
  • Wrong item shipped vs. what was ordered
  • Material flaws in the blank garment that we should have caught

How to file a defect claim

  1. Email info@myinsidelines.com within 7 days of delivery. Subject: "Defect — Order #[number]".
  2. Attach clear photos showing the defect, the full item, and the manufacturer's tag.
  3. We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps.
  4. If reprint is approved, we'll re-make the affected items at no charge and ship at our cost. If refund is approved, we'll process it within 5 business days back to the original payment method.

Claims received after 7 days, or without photo evidence, may be declined.

Shipping damage

Risk of loss transfers to you when the carrier picks up the package. If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, we'll help you file a claim with the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Save all packaging materials until the claim is resolved. We are not directly responsible for carrier-caused damage but we'll do our best to advocate on your behalf.

Cancellations

  • Before proof approval — full refund minus any artwork or design work already completed.
  • After proof approval but before production starts — we'll refund the order minus a 10% processing fee plus any artwork / design fees.
  • After production starts — no refund. Custom items cannot be cancelled once we've cut, printed, or sewn them.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Bank processing time may add another 3–5 days before it appears on your statement.

We'd rather solve a problem than argue about a policy. If you're not happy, tell us — we usually find a way to make it right.
