Privacy Policy
InsideLines GRAPHIX Inc. ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect when you visit our site or place an order, how we use it, and the choices you have. If anything is unclear, just get in touch — we're a small print shop in Merced, not a faceless corporation.
Information we collect
- Information you give us — name, email, phone, company, project details, and any artwork you upload when you submit a quote, place an order, or contact us.
- Payment information — when you pay through our site, your card details are sent directly from your browser to Stripe (our payment processor). We never see or store your full card number, CVV, or expiration. We do receive a confirmation that includes your billing name, email, and the last four digits of the card.
- Automatic information — your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We use this for security (rate limiting, abuse prevention) and to keep the site running smoothly.
- Cookies — we set a small number of essential cookies. See Cookies below.
How we use it
- To respond to quote requests and contact form submissions.
- To process orders, payments, refunds, and shipping.
- To send order confirmations, shipping updates, and reply to your messages.
- To prevent abuse — bot submissions, brute-force login attempts, fraud.
- To keep records as required by law (tax, accounting).
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information for advertising. We do not run third-party ad pixels or behavioural tracking on this site.
Who we share it with
We only share information with service providers we need to run the business:
- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy.
- HostGator — our web host (server, email).
- Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) — when you ship an order.
- Government agencies — only if legally required (subpoena, court order, tax authority).
Cookies
We use only essential cookies. We do not use advertising, analytics, or cross-site tracking cookies.

How long we keep it
- Quote requests: 2 years (so we can reference past projects)
- Orders + payment records: 7 years (tax compliance)
- Email logs: 1 year (deliverability + abuse investigation)
- Login attempt logs: 30 days
Your rights
If you live in California (CCPA / CPRA) or anywhere else with similar laws, you have the right to:
- Know what information we have about you
- Request a copy of it
- Request deletion (subject to legal record-keeping requirements above)
- Opt out of sale of your personal information — we don't sell it, so this is automatic
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights
To exercise any of these rights, email info@myinsidelines.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject and we'll respond within 30 days.
Children
Our site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we'll delete it.
Security
We use HTTPS for all pages, hash passwords with industry-standard algorithms, rate-limit login attempts and form submissions, and follow standard secure-coding practices to prevent the OWASP top vulnerabilities. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps.
Changes to this policy
If we materially change this policy, we'll update the effective date at the top and post a notice on this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
